Pigmenta’s menu separates a $100 consultation, $1,000 first SMP session and $250 follow-up increments of 15 minutes. It does not establish one complete Boston treatment price.
This evidence accompanies the Boston provider guide within Massachusetts coverage. The airsmp home directory connects other reviewed local markets.

| Provider category | Published amount | Scope label |
|---|---|---|
| Initial consultation | $100 | Consultation; ask whether credited toward later treatment |
| First SMP session | $1,000 | Initial session, not a complete course |
| SMP follow-up | $250 | Per 15-minute increment, not necessarily the whole visit |
A consultation charge is different from the initial treatment amount, and a timed follow-up unit is different again. Ask the provider which terms apply at the Boston office, whether the consultation is charged separately and how it treats time that does not fill a whole increment. The published menu does not answer every billing condition.
The city directory keeps Pigmenta and Bosley as separate references. This page records Pigmenta’s menu only. It is not a quote from Bosley and should not be presented as the average cost of scalp micropigmentation across Boston.
Using the stated increment, two 15-minute blocks would total $500. That is arithmetic for a hypothetical half-hour of billed follow-up time, not a determination that your appointment will take half an hour. Ask how much work and time the practitioner actually proposes.
Do not multiply a guessed duration by a fee and present the result as an individual quotation. The scar-related guide and other service guides help frame the inquiry, but they do not determine the time required or which fee unit a particular practitioner will apply.
Pigment Pro’s stated Colombia charge is $480 USD per session. Ask what the proposed sessions cover and how many are expected. A consultation fee, a first-session amount and a timed review rate cannot be compared as though each buys the same complete treatment.
The travel-budget calculator can combine an agreed Colombia session count with your own flight, lodging and transport estimate. Its arithmetic does not assess suitability or turn a session count into a clinical recommendation. Use actual provider proposals before deciding which total is relevant.
Pigmenta lists a Boston headquarters and other branches on its website. Confirm that the menu terms apply to the practitioner and location you are booking. Retain the written scope, appointment address and any cancellation or review conditions with the quotation.
The Boston directory supplies the office details separately from these fee units. A shared brand name does not establish that every branch has the same availability or personal treatment proposal. Ask about the specific visit rather than relying only on the brand’s general service page.
For Colombia travel, the form begins with BOS toward MDE. Dates follow the clinic discussion. Booking.com shows actual itinerary options, and any ticket purchase is separate from an appointment agreement with Pigment Pro. A selected airport does not reserve either transaction.
Include lodging, transfers and any possible later trip in the comparison. Ask how questions are handled after returning to Boston and whether a further in-person review might add expenses. The national cost guide explains why a clearly labeled session charge still needs a complete travel budget.
No. The menu labels it per 15-minute increment. Ask the provider for the proposed time and billing terms.
The directory has not established that. Ask whether it is separately charged, credited or handled under other written terms.
No. Pigment Pro must assess the proposed work and explain the session plan. The figures come from a different provider and use different billing units.
Start with the same unit: price per session. Then add the expected sessions and, for Colombia, the cost of the trip.

These are provider examples, not country averages or a guarantee of equivalent treatment. SCALPS prices checked October 19, 2026. Pigment Pro's USD 480 rate was supplied by our partner relationship on the same date; confirm it before booking. A three-session example does not determine how many sessions you need. Travel and future touch-ups can change the total.
