Privacy notice
This notice explains the information flows on airsmp, including local searches, WhatsApp inquiries, email contact and affiliate flight searches. Updated October 19, 2026.
Who to contact
airsmp is edited by Julián Durango. For a privacy question or a request concerning information under the directory’s control, email contacto@juliandurango.com. Identify the page or interaction involved without including unnecessary medical records or identity documents.
The directory publishes business references and a separately disclosed Colombia partner option. Public business names, addresses, phone contacts and ratings are used for that directory purpose. The methodology and contact page explain correction requests.
Searching and preparing a WhatsApp inquiry
The studio filters operate in the browser. The current site has no visitor account and does not receive a submitted consultation form in an airsmp database. The inquiry button prepares a WhatsApp message using the city, selected service and optional question entered in the form.
Opening that message takes the information to WhatsApp. Review the text there before sending it to the Pigment Pro contact in Colombia. Further information you share in the conversation is handled by the recipient and WhatsApp under their own arrangements. See the WhatsApp privacy policy. Do not use a general directory email or correction request to send patient files.
Flight-search and affiliate information
When you submit a flight search, the selected origin, destination, dates and adult passenger count are included in a URL sent through CJ affiliate tracking to Booking.com. The campaign label identifies the airsmp page; the form does not ask for a passport, payment card or traveler name.
CJ and Booking.com may process technical identifiers and other information under their own policies. They handle their tracking and booking services separately from airsmp. Review CJ privacy information and the Booking.com privacy notice before using those services. airsmp may receive a commission on an eligible booking; a search does not itself make a reservation.
Hosting, maps and external links
The website is hosted through Hostinger. Serving web requests can involve technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, under the hosting service’s arrangements. Review the Hostinger privacy policy for its service information. The current site code does not add its own analytics pixel or visitor-login system.
Where a map is displayed, map tiles can be requested from OpenStreetMap’s service. Those requests involve a connection to that provider; see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Other outbound links, including source references and social media, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Correspondence and choices
If you email airsmp, the message and the contact details you provide are used to review and respond to that inquiry. Correspondence may be retained as needed to handle the request, maintain accurate business information and address related follow-up. Contact the operator about access, correction or deletion requests relating to information under its control.
You can browse directory pages without preparing a WhatsApp message or submitting a flight search. Browser settings can manage cookies and related storage used by external services, although those services control their own behavior. This notice describes the current website; material changes to these flows will be reflected in an updated notice.
